Christian Solemslie has more than 30 years of experience as a business lawyer. He has expertise in insolvency law and has been accepting assignments as an estate administrator for bankruptcy estates since 1995. He frequently assists creditors by safeguarding their interests through recovery of mortgage claims, assistance in loan and security documentation, and in situations where their debtors have been forced into bankruptcy proceedings. Furthermore, he assists clients with restructuring. Christian has also conducted several extensive corporate investigations.

He has long experience with assisting major real estate owners, especially in connection with tenancy, and he regularly works on cases involving real estate law. He also works on cases involving general business law, particularly contract law and financing. Given his previous work experience as a lawyer in the corporate law division of the former Sparebanken NOR, he has developed good insight into bank-related matters and has assisted several major financial institutions.

Christian is recognised for his expertise in insolvency and restructuring by Legal 500.
