Ingrid Abildgaard assists Norwegian and international companies with corporate legal issues and in transactions. She has experience as a transaction lawyer in both pure acquisitions and broad experience in equity investments. Ingrid has regularly assisted startups, including the development of incentive programs.

Ingrid has experience with both ongoing corporate legal assistance and with some more unusual corporate legal issues. She has also worked with corporate law from a broader societal perspective, as a senior adviser in The Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, where she worked in the section for corporate law and business registries.

Ingrid holds a law degree from the University of Bergen, and she also has an LLM from King’s College in London in International Dispute Resolution.
