Christian Engelstad is a specialist in real estate law and employment law, and he also has extensive litigation experience. Each year, he litigates a number of disputes related to employment and real estate. Christian has broad experience from assisting housing companies (commonholds, housing cooperatives and limited liability housing companies) with issues related to tenancy and residential housing law. Over the course of his career he has also been a chairperson on the board of a number of housing companies. He also has long experience with cases related to the Housing Construction Act.
