Rebekka Egeland is the Chief People & Culture Officer and is a part of the management team. Rebekka is responsible for overseeing L&D (Learning and Development) programs in Brækhus, and she has the overall responsibility for the firms HR function.

Rebekka has over 10 years of leadership experience in the private sector at both strategic, operational, and professional levels. She has extensive experience as a psychologist in private practice, as well as an advisor and coach for top executives in the private and public sector.

Rebekka holds a degree in Psychology (Cand. Psychol) and has specialised in organisational psychology and management. In addition, Rebekka has written several best-selling books within psychology and self-management.
