Marcus Lindstrøm heads the Construction team at Brækhus. He specialises in dispute resolution and litigation and has considerable expertise in construction law. Marcus assists major Norwegian and international businesses. He has litigated everything from smaller construction cases to larger and more complex processes for development projects, which have involved numerous actors and significant disputed amounts.

Marcus has in-depth expertise in various standard contracts used in the construction industry. He has extensive experience with advisory services for contract entry, follow-up, and mediation during project implementation.
