Truls Bache advises Norwegian and international clients on corporate law and transactions (M&A). He has particular experience with corporate matters, equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, and succession planning.

Truls has a multidisciplinary background, holding a Master of Laws and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). This combination provides him with strong commercial understanding and in-depth insight into financial and accounting matters in legal advisory work.
