
Christoph Morck heads the team for corporate law and finance, and he is in charge of our company’s International Desk. Christoph represents Brækhus at Meritas’ international board of directors. Christoph assists international and foreign companies in connection with the establishment and development of their operations in Norway. His primary focus is on transactions (M&A), corporate law, commercial agreements and construction law.
He has extensive experience with foreign companies’ investments in Norway, whether this entails the establishment of branches or subsidiaries or typical acquisitions (M&A), cooperative joint venture agreements, project investments, or other types of cross-border business activities.
