Lars has over 20 years of experience in the field of employment law and heads Brækhus' employment law team. He has extensive experience with a broad range of employment law issues, covering both individual and collective employment rights. Lars has worked extensively with major restructuring processes and business transfers. He has a background as an in-house lawyer responsible for employment law at Schibsted, from law firms, and from a trade union. Additionally, Lars holds an MBA in Strategic Management from NHH.
