Karoline R. Zeiner specialises in real estate, focusing on real estate transactions, commercial real estate, and real estate development. She assists both Norwegian and international companies.

Karoline’s expertise includes advice related to commercial lease agreements/tenancy law, housing law (housing cooperative and owner-tenant law), as well as construction contracts. Among other things, she has assisted several joint ownerships in cases concerning division and merging of joint ownerships.

Karoline has also in recent years specialised in sustainability, in particular in relation to the real estate sector, and assists with, e.g., ESG adaptations in lease agreements, advice related to regulations on reuse, applications in relation to the Norwegian Environment Agency in connection with recycling and more.

Karoline is often in court and has considerable experience with dispute resolution. Her litigation experience also includes interim injunctions/freezing orders and land reallocation cases.

Karoline regularly holds courses and lectures related to her areas of specialisation, including courses on the EU taxonomy. He holds lectures for the Centre for Continuing Legal Education (JUS), Advokatenes HR, the Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents, NBBL, Eiendomsadvokatene, etc.
