Audun Kjølseth

Audun Kjølseth’s area of expertise is construction and contract law. He assists both larger and smaller contractors and developers in all phases of a construction project – from the submission of tenders and contract preparation, via ongoing advisory services during project implementation, to the management of any disputes over final settlement.

Audun also has practical experience in this area with some of Norway’s major construction projects, as he previously held a position at a construction company.

Audun has a strong interest in commercial and technological issues and has completed additional education programmes at both BI Norwegian Business School and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
