Audun Kjølseth promoted to senior lawyer at Brækhus

Brækhus is pleased to announce the promotion of Audun Kjølseth to senior lawyer. The promotion supports the firm’s continued focus on construction as a key area, in which Audun is an important resource.

Audun Kjølseth‘s areas of expertise include construction and contract law. He assists contractors and developers in all phases of a construction project – from the submission of tenders and contract preparation, via ongoing advisory services during project implementation, to the management of any disputes over final settlements. Audun has practical experience from working on some of Norway’s largest construction projects.

He has a strong interest in commercial and technological issues and has completed additional education at both BI Norwegian Business School and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Audun joined Brækhus in 2019 and he came from the position as project engineer and contracts manager at AF Gruppen.
