Renate Iren Heggelund

Renate Iren Heggelund is an expert in employment law and assists both employers and employees with various lemployment law issues, as well as in mediation and dispute resolution. Renate has several years of practical experience from her position as Administration Manager in Oslo prison, including the follow-up of personnel dispute cases, preparation of HR strategies, and negotiations with employee representatives.

Renate also works on issues related to family law and inheritance. She has litigated numerous cases before courts of law on behalf of private parties, and has long experience with probate mediation, and in the preparation of marital agreements and testaments.

Renate has taught many courses and workshops in the field of employment law, including several 40-hour courses for managers. She also studied personnel management at the BI Norwegian Business School.
