Audun Kleppestø

Audun Kleppestø is a specialist in the area of insolvency and restructuring, insurance law and financing. Much of his work also involves matters of corporate law, including issues pertaining to directors' liability, as well as general advice and counselling on contract law. Audun is regularly appointed estate administrator for bankruptcy estates by the Oslo District Court.

Audun has long and broad experience with legal aspects of financing, mortgages and liens, also related to assistance for foreign banks with respect to financing and the provision of guarantees. Much of his work has involved the legal aspects of insurance in cases of insurance settlements, and he has broad experience with financial regulations. Based on this experience, he has developed good knowledge of the practices of the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway in various areas of supervision.
