
Line Juuhl has 20 years of experience with family law and inheritance, with a unique specialisation in international private law. She has long experience with inheritance planning, preparing a will, inheritance agreements, marital agreements, civil partnership agreements, probate, distribution of estate and spousal inheritance, as well as financial settlements following divorce or separation. She is also a highly experienced mediator.
Line is the only Norwegian lawyer in Norway who holds a license to practice law in both Norway and Spain. She has long experience with assisting Norwegians who live abroad with legal challenges related to inheritance, probate and divorce. She also assists on tax-related issues for those who move abroad, and specialises in legal challenges involving both Norway and Spain.
Line is a sought-after and lecturer and has held courses for Oslo District Court, the Norwegian Centre for Continuing Legal Education (JUS), Advokatenes HR, and she also teaches courses at the JUC Education Centre.
