
Frank C. Aase is the Managing Partner at Brækhus. He is recognised for his expertise in restructuring and insolvency, as well as banking and financing. He has extensive experience in securing credit engagement and default management from his former position as a in-house lawyer in one of the largest banks in the Nordic region.
Furthermore, Frank has broad expertise in corporate law and assists both Norwegian and international clients with acquisitions, and company conversion and restructuring. He also has considerable experience with advising boards and creditors on issues related to board responsibilities and dispute resolution.
He is often appointed estate administrator for bankruptcy estates by the Oslo District Court. In 2022, he was appointed as leader of the Norwegian Bar Association’s law committee for liens, bankruptcy, enforcement, voluntary arrangement and debt collection.
