Per Christian Grant-Carlsen has broad experience in the area of real estate, construction law and litigation, especially with issues related to real estate transactions, real estate development and construction. His field of expertise includes contract law, property law, residential housing law, compensation law and dispute resolution.

Per Christian assists a broad range of clients, from private persons and small and midsize real estate and construction companies, to larger real estate actors with issues related to contractual aspects of real estate transactions and real estate development, rent, construction situations and dispute resolution. He has extensive litigation experience from the ordinary courts of law and is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court. He also assists in arbitration processes and out-of-court dispute resolution/mediation.

Per Christian is a sought-after lecturer and has given a number of lectures for industry actors. He also regularly publishes professional articles in relevant publications.
