Dag Michael Bjerkli advises Norwegian and international businesses on matters relating to real estate. He particularly works with residential tenancy law, housing law and rights relating to real estate. Dag Michael also assists clients in dispute resolution before the courts, including the Norwegian Land Consolidation Court.

Dag Michael regularly gives courses and lectures on topics relating to residential tenancy and housing law. He is also the author of “The Practical Board Handbook”, a guide for board members of housing cooperatives and condominium associations.

Dag Michael works closely with a number of property managers as well as boards of housing companies, assisting them with both practical and legal issues.
