Ingerid Eidesvik Lie is a specialist in real estate and has considerable experience with assisting real estate developers and housing companies through continual advisory services and counselling in legal procedures.

She has particular expertise in mediation and discretionary judgement in connection with expropriation of residential and commercial property, the development and sale of real estate, as well as the establishment and management of housing companies. Ingerid has been involved in several major expropriation processes, and she is part of Brækhus’ E18 team, which is assisting several hundred landowners who have been impacted by the construction of a new E18 highway between Lysaker and Ramstadsletta in Bærum municipality.

Ingerid also assists numerous property developers and housing companies with ongoing issues, including the division and re-division of property, default, and disputes.
