Christoph Morck is the head of our International Desk.

Morck advises international & foreign companies on issues related to the establishment, development and expansion of business in Norway. His main practice areas are Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate law, employment and construction law.

Morck has extensive experience within all types of national and international M&A transactions, highly complex due diligence processes, share and asset transactions, equity transactions, divestitures, mergers and demergers. Morck also advices Norwegian companies on legal issues related to their cross-border or international business activities.
