Oda Raad assists companies, housing associations / co-owners and private individuals with advice and dispute resolution in matters concerning business- and consumer contracts. In addition, Oda regularly advises companies and individuals on employment law matters.

Oda has a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo, where she completed master’s level courses in construction law and corporate law. She wrote her master’s thesis about the doctrine of contractual assumptions as a basis for revising construction contracts under unforeseen circumstances.
