Inger Johanne primarily assists our clients in employment law, but she also works with contract and transaction law, corporate law, and family law. She also has previous experience in bankruptcy and insolvency.

In 2020, she wrote her master's thesis on "Employer’s criminal liability for violations of working hours regulations", which was ranked as one of the four best in the country by the Norwegian Association for Labour Law in year 2020, across all faculties and semesters.

Inger Johanne holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Oslo and an Executive Master of Management from BI.

Before becoming a lawyer, she gained over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and from running her own businesses across various sectors. She was the founder, owner, and CEO of Trolljentene AS (kinder garden) for 16 years and of Muffinsmakeriet Ltd (café, bakery, and otherwise related service) for about 3 years.

In the IT sector, she has held several roles: HR Director, corporate strategy, sales and leadership, marketing and communications, recruitment, project management and implementation, as well as developing customer agreements.
