Hanne Kjeldsberg Skauby specializes in intellectual property rights. She has extensive experience providing advice and dispute resolution within copyright, marketing law, patents, trademarks, compliance, and other legal matters related to law and technology. Hanne assists both Norwegian and international clients across a wide range of industries, including music, event management, film and television, as well as the museum sector. She has particularly comprehensive experience with cases involving imitation and infringement of intellectual property rights.

Hanne holds a law degree from the University of Bergen, where she wrote her master's thesis on the registration of non-traditional trademarks under the new representation requirements of the Norwegian Trademark Act. Alongside her legal practice, she has a strong commitment to art and culture and is herself active in the music industry as a DJ and event organizer.
