Brækhus strengthens the team: Benedikte Slørdahl Skjærpe becomes partner
We are delighted to welcome Benedikte Slørdahl Skjærpe as a new partner at Brækhus.
Benedikte is a specialist in public procurement, a field she has worked in since 2006. She has particularly extensive and broad experience from the contracting authority side across various sectors, and has provided advice at all stages of procurement processes and in disputes – for both contracting authorities and suppliers. She has also been recognised by Legal 500 for her expertise in public sector procurement and large ICT contracts, as well as for her practical and client-oriented approach.
Benedikte has held key positions, including at the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, Oslo Municipality, and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. In recent years, she has had a particular focus on large-scale and complex IT procurements.
“We are very proud to have Benedikte join the team. Her solid professional background and deep knowledge of public procurement give our clients a significant competitive advantage,” says Julius Berg Kaasin, Head of Technology at Brækhus. “Benedikte is a sought-after sparring partner for businesses aiming to succeed in an increasingly challenging market.”
“Public procurement is a strategic focus area for Brækhus. We see that more and more of our clients compete – and win – in tenders for public contracts. With Benedikte on board, we strengthen our position as a leading advisor for both Norwegian and international players,” says Berg Kaasin.
We look forward to offering even stronger and more commercially focused advice to our clients, and warmly welcome Benedikte to Brækhus!
