Lise Lund works in the department of family and inheritance law and assists our clients with issues regarding financial settlements following separation and divorce and inheritance settlements, also in cases where other states' legislation is applicable.

Lise has a masters degree in law from the University of Bergen, and an LL.M. degree from the University of Glasgow with a specialisation within "International Law". Her master thesis was written in english about the European Court of Human Rights' use of the pilot judgement procedure and furthermore about the consequences of the ECtHR becoming a constitutional court. In addition, she finished a one year course in Criminology at the University of Oslo.
