Ingvild Aarskog mainly works with assisting Norwegian and international clients with advisory services and dispute resolution in cases relating to employment law. She assists i.a. in termination and dismissal cases, notification cases, reorganizations and downsizing processes. In addition, she has experience with a wide range of employment law and related issues, including those related to employment, hiring, vacation, working environment and conflict management.

Ingvild also has considerable experience in advising within intellectual property law and related areas, including copyright, trademark law, marketing law, trade secrets and media law.

Additionally, Ingvild has gained considerable experience with providing intellectual property law advice in connection with due diligence processes (M&A).
