Ine Møllegaard advises Norwegian and international companies on matters relating to data protection, technology, and sustainability. In addition, she assists clients with marketing law and consumer regulatory issues. Ine has broad experience, particularly within the retail and technology sectors, including ongoing advisory work, internal audits, compliance and implementation projects, and acting as an external data protection officer.

Ine holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Oslo, where she wrote her master’s thesis on data protection and artificial intelligence.
