This seminar explores the new dual-use landscape: how founders can recognize dual-use potential early, how investors and public buyers can support responsible scaling, and how Norway can turn civilian innovation into trusted defence capabilities. Through founder cases and a practical panel discussion, we will look at opportunities and dilemmas around customer selection, export control, procurement, IP, data, financing and international growth.
