Atle H. Carlsen
Managing Partner
Atle H. Carlsen is the Managing Partner/CEO of Brækhus Law Firm. He has over 20 years of leadership experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces, management consulting (The Boston Consulting Group), and the legal sector, including serving as CEO of Selmer. Previously, he was a managing consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and Arthur D. Little, focusing on strategy, organizational development, and change management.
Carlsen holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, and has completed officer and military academy training in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
