Ingvild Aarskog

Ingvild Aarskog assists Norwegian and international clients with advisory services and dispute resolution in cases relating to employment law, copyright, trade secrets and media law. She assists i.a. in termination and dismissal cases, notification cases, reorganizations and downsizing processes. In addition, she has experience with a wide range of employment law and related issues, including those related to employment, hiring, vacation, working environment, conflict management and ownership og intellectual property rights.

As an associate, Ingvild has gained considerable experience with providing employment law and intellectual property law advice in connection with due diligence processes (M&A).
