Benedikte Slørdahl Skjærpe is an expert in public procurement, with particular expertise in technology and defense. Benedikte assists both public and private entities in all phases of procurement, from strategic planning to tender procedures, bid preparation, complaint processes, contract management, and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in advising on complex procurement processes, particularly within IT, digitalisation, and large infrastructure projects.

She has a broad background from both the public and private sectors and has held key positions at, among others, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, the City of Oslo, and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. She served as head of the secretariat for the Simplification Committee (NOU 2014:4).

Benedikte is recognised by the international legal ranking Legal 500 for her work and expertise in public procurement.
