Brækhus Academy
Brækhus Academy is our internal academy that provides you with relevant skill development and up-to-date knowledge throughout your career.
The academy consists of various course and lecture modules in non-legal subjects that are still essential knowledge and competencies for a lawyer’s practice.
The program is developed by some of the top professionals in the industry. This ensures that you have all the tools you need to become a skilled lawyer and always stay one step ahead.
Mentorship Program
At Brækhus, you will be assigned an experienced mentor who will help you achieve your goals and ambitions through a tailored career plan. Our mentors receive training for their role and ongoing guidance from our in-house performance coach.

We love going on cabin trips and traveling to exciting destinations together. In 2022, we went to Lofoten, and in 2024, we explored Svalbard. Every year, we participate in the Holmenkollen Relay, and in 2025, we’re running the New York Marathon.
