Ann Michelle Larsen has over ten years’ experience in global mobility. She advises foreign companies with projects and employees in Norway, and Norwegian companies that deploy employees on projects or longer-term assignments abroad. Her work focuses in particular on international individual taxation, social security and employer obligations.

Ann Michelle is also specialised in corporate immigration. She assists companies with applications for work and residence permits for foreign employees who will work in Norway, for both short-term and long-term assignments. She also assesses potential exemptions from permit requirements and follows up cases involving individuals covered by the EU/EEA rules.
