Marlene Istad specializes in corporate law and transactions, and has experience with assisting both Norwegian and international companies throughout the entire M&A process. She also has experience with project management, including leading interdisciplinary teams and handling larger cross-border transactions.

In addition, Marlene advises our clients in various areas of law, with particular emphasis on contract law and corporate law. She holds a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo, where she wrote her thesis on piercing the corporate veil in companies with limited liability.
