Mildrid Marie D. Backer

Mildrid Marie D. Backer advises Norwegian and international businesses relating to construction law and with dispute resolution. This includes contracts for larger and smaller development projects, ongoing assistance during construction projects, in addition to final settlement disputes.

She also assists private persons, as well as housing cooperatives and co-ownerships with property issues and disputes, such as boundary disputes, ground leases and regulation matters.

Mildrid wrote her master’s thesis on adjustments for price targets in partnering contracts for the offshore and construction industry.
