Josefine Ardem works with labour law, family law and inheritance law. She assists businesses and private persons with issues regarding financial settlements following separation and divorce, inheritance planning, inheritance settlements and generational succession. This includes advice on preparing a will, marital agreements, civil partnership agreements and future power of attorney. Within the scope of labour law, Josefine assists both employers and employees in conflicts that arise in the workplace.

Josefine also works with intellectual property rights (IP) and marketing law, and assists businesses with legal issues relating to trademarks, copyright, patents and design.

Josefine’s specialised field of study during her master’s programme was individual labour law. Her master’s thesis involved the legal significance of written warnings in the workplace.

Josefine also holds a master's degree in EU studies, Spanish and French. She assists in matters involving international disputes, particularly those related to the UK, Spain and France.
