Brækhus Advokatfirma has cutting-edge expertise in dispute resolution and legal proceedings. Many of our lawyers have the right to appear before the Supreme Court of Norway and several of them act regularly as defence counsel in criminal cases. We willingly share this expertise with students and can act as dedicated tutors for the advocacy competition run by the Law Students’ Society in the Oslo University Faculty of Law. In order to give our students the best possible tutelage we assemble a team consisting of experienced court advocates.
